Our electromagnet design: reasonable magnetic circuit, all the Magnetic Pole-Head, magnetic pole piece and yoke iron are made of industrial pure iron., size of magnetic pole piece: 50mm-550mm, weight: 28Kg-12T/ set, which has formed a series of produts, Meticulously processed electromagnet ensure the magnetic pole piece keep collimation with shaft, and the coils with maximum numbers of windings, which could be concentrated in a minimum area, makes excitation power per kilowatte obtain strongest magnetic field in unit volume of windings, moreover, it ensures the bigger smoothness around working air gap. The electromagnet cooled by natural cooling or water cooling, could be guaranteed to work in normal temperature. In order to increase magnetic field, our company could customize Fe-Co alloy magnetic pole head, and process not only symmetrical magnetic pole head, trapeziform-magnetic-field magnetic pole-head, magneto-optical effect magnetic pole-head, but also turntable of electromagnet, shield, base, base car & box, and so on.
