DX-320 Coercivity Measurement Instrument

Introduction


DX-320 Coercivity Measurement Instrument is suitable for measuring the coercivity of soft magnetic materials. It adopts vibrating sample zero magnetic flux detection sensor, with high sensitivity and accurate detection.
DX-320 Coercivity Measurement Instrument meets the standards of GB13888-1992 (Method of measurement of the coercivity of magnetic materials in an open magnetic circuit) and IEC 60404-7 (Method of measurement of the coercivity of magnetic materials in an open magnetic circuit).

Application

  1. Measurement of the coercivity of soft magnetic materials strip, rod or sheet samples;
  2. Direct measuring magnetic parts, such as relays, solenoids and magnetic heads, etc;
  3. Direct responding the magnetic properties’ change of magnetic parts during the production processes of electroplating, annealing and welding;
  4. Measurement of Hc of magnetic tags and magnetic ink.

Features

  1. Using automatic gradient measurement method, high test sensitivity, high detection accuracy;
  2. Direct measuring the coercivity of soft magnetic materials in strip, rod, sheet and irregular shapes and artifacts;
  3. Do not need to input parameters of the test sample, one-button operation, without human intervention;
  4. Detectors with different sensitivity can be switched, minimum sample can be measured is 20μm×1mm× 30mm;
  5. Three measurement modes can realize unilateral and bilateral coercivity measurements, to meet the needs of fast or accurate measurements;
  6. With geomagnetic compensation technology, do not need to shield geomagnetic field when measuring materials with small coercivity (less than 40A/m), automatic elimination of geomagnetic influence;
  7. A variety of signal processing algorithms, fast fuzzy algorithm, digital filtering algorithm, intelligent △B control technology;
  8. Power supply dynamic smooth shifting meets the high current output and measurement accuracy, and ensures high measurement resolution and accuracy;
  9. Fluxmeter intelligent dynamic shifting and analog output digital amplification technology ensure high sampling resolution and accuracy;
  10. The system exception handling technique ensures equipment safety.

Working mode

  1. Smart Mode: suitable for unknown sample above 20A/m. The test time of this mode is relative long, can be used for detecting the range of sample’s Hc. Then using Manual Mode to measure.
  2. Manual Mode: suitable for known sample, 4 ranges for choice.
  3. Fast Mode: suitable for unknown sample above 1000A/m.
