The AC electromagnet designed by our company can produce an alternating magnetic field with adjustable amplitude to the 50~499Hz frequency in a given space.
The equipment can be used in alternating magnetic field of the material properties of various experiments.

1, The electromagnet is made of specially made silicon steel sheet. The E type yoke is a fixed air gap, and the ends of the pole are assembled with excitation wire packages. The magnet is placed vertically and the magnetic field is in the vertical direction. Polar electromagnet square 45*45mm2, air gap is 10mm. 50Hz~499Hz magnetic field can be adjusted continuously, the maximum magnetic field can reach 1.0T (amplitude value, same below). The 100Hz magnetic field reaches a maximum value of 0.5T; at 200Hz, about 0.2T. In 499Hz, the magnetic field up to 200~300Gs

2, Uniform area: in the center of the magnetic field 10*10mm3, the magnetic field uniformity △H/H is about 0.03.

3, Working hours Under low current density, the electric operation is carried out, and the line package is cooled by air cooling. When the magnetic field is rated as the highest rated value, the temperature rise for a long time is less than 20 degrees centigrade.

4, AC power, power 12KW. The highest output voltage of single-phase output is 300V, the rated output current is 40A, and the load regulation rate is 0.5%. Voltage and frequency adjustable; frequency adjustable range 50~499Hz; display interface: voltage, current, frequency and power indicator.
